Civitavecchia's Beaches

Pirgo Beach

The beach is accessible from the ramp on Bethlehem Square that starts at Largo Marco Galli.

Via Duca D'Aosta

This small town beach of sand mixed with pebbles takes its name from Civitavecchia's historic bathing establishment: the Pirgo.
The water is crystal clear and the seabed slopes gently to the open sea.
The beach is partly free and partly equipped, and there is also a kiosk bar and restaurant.

Piccolo Paradiso Beach

It is equipped with servoscales to allow disabled people access to the sea.

Via Attilio Bandiera

A characteristic beach of Civitavecchia, frequented by both young and old and suitable for families.
A clear and very clean sea.
It is equipped with video surveillance and public lighting.

Baia dell'Orso Beach

The Baia Dell'Orso beach resort is located just off Civitavecchia, along the SS1, and is a piece of the city's history. The rocky seabed and the clarity of the sea make the facility a rare pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea. An ideal place to spend a relaxing day with the whole family or even as a couple or individual guest.

Grotta Aurelia Beach

It is the perfect place to make your summer day unforgettable ! The beach is designed to meet the needs of everyone: whether you are looking for a quiet and safe corner to spend time with your family, or you prefer a dynamic and lively environment. For over 25 years we have been committed to providing a unique experience, because we know how important it is to meet the diverse needs of guests.
